Products & pricing

We aim for accurate descriptions and prices in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless another currency is shown. Images are illustrative; small variations may occur. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with notice.

Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. Shop Gear may accept or decline an order (for example due to stock, address, or suspected fraud). Payment options may include Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card where enabled at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.

Shipping & risk

Delivery timelines are estimates described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss typically passes when the courier delivers the package to the address you provided.

Returns, refunds & warranty

Eligible replacements follow our Return & Replacement policy (default: 7-day window for damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Refunds and warranties are covered on the matching policy pages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the storefront, attempt unauthorized access, or place abusive or fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop Gear is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes should first be raised with our support team via Contact.
