How Shop Gear processes refunds
When refunds apply
Refunds may be issued when an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch, when a replacement is not available for a verified defect/damage/wrong item, or when required by our published policies.
Refund methods
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / card — refunded to the original payment method where supported
- Cash on Delivery — refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet after we collect return details
Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days. Mobile financial service and bank timelines may add a few extra days.
